The real estate marketing space in Vancouver is extremely competitive with so much new product coming up. Through the development cycle, the needs of a project can change dramatically. This change is what Kerrisdale Gardens was facing. A competitive advantage in the market place, yet in need of a distinct messaging to draw more attention.
Chris listened to our needs and planned out a great marketing campaign to sell our remaining homes. He did a website overhaul to give each home a landing page with a social media and PPC campaign to get us more traffic. He also put together a great traditional media buy using Radio and TV as a way to get more attention and the results were awesome!
The results: over 270 leads in a week that lead to over half of the remaining inventory sold.
With the project close to being complete, we were able to show the difference between “concept” and “reality” by representing the renderings as real photos in a furnished home.
